We have flushing systems of varying sizes capable of giving flow rates needed to make certain the loops are clean and free from debris and air. Our largest flushing setup can give flow rates up to 1,500 GPM and can build pressures in excess of 100 psi for pressure testing. Most often we filter the fluid down to 25 microns so that even fine sand size particles will be cleaned out. These flushing setups are used for purging geothermal systems and are also capable of flushing a variety of other piping systems that require flow rates up to 1,500 GPM.
